- 1/2 cup chopped dates soaked overnight in 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Stir the chopped dates until they absorb all the water.
Pour off any excess water.
Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Take a teaspoon of the mixture and form a ball. For a little more fun, roll the balls in shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour to set.
