- 1 can tuna -- drain and flake
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs -- fine
- 1/2 cup celery -- chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup onions -- chopped
- 2 Tbs chili sauce
- 1 egg -- beaten slightly
- 2 Tbs butter
Mix all ingredients except butter, and form into four patties. .
Brown the formed patties in your favorite skillet in 2 Tbs of butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side..
Serve on toasted English mufffins or on traditional hamburger buns.
